1. Services Provided by TrustWise
TrustWise offers complementary financial services that facilitate the autonomous management of capital and access to real estate ownership through a direct financing model. In no case does TrustWise replace services offered by regional banking entities or offer financial derivative products. Properties acquired through the TrustHome program are subject to direct financing models, backed by real estate trusts.
The capital used for financing comes exclusively from TrustWise’s autonomous capital, ensuring that speculative financial products or usurious interest rates are not involved.
2. Financing Conditions
The financing process under the TrustHome program is designed to ensure that no usurious interest rates or hidden fees are imposed. Buyers must meet the minimum initial down payment requirements to confirm their participation in the purchase process. TrustWise assumes responsibility for the proper management of capital through trusts directly linked to each real estate project.
TrustWise does not have the authority to impose abusive interest rates or charge additional fees that are not previously specified in the contract.
3. Compliance with AML Regulations
TrustWise, its commercial partners, and all buyers and suppliers involved in real estate promotions are required to comply with the regulatory requirements set forth by international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) bodies, such as FINCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network) and the laws of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) in the United States. Additionally, all transactions conducted through TrustWise must undergo strict KYC and KYB checks to ensure the transparency and legality of the operations.
